What is included in the full Groom?
A full groom includes a wash, blow, nail clipping, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, anal gland expression and your required body styling.
How long will the grooming take?
A full grooming session can take an average between 1 hour to 3 hours dependent on the coat type and condition of the coat. Our groomer will always try and get the desired length and look an owner would like but this can depend on a variety of factors so it is important for doggies to get regularly groomed.
What type of products do you use?
Our groomers and retail shop stock the award winning and well known YUUP products. All products are hypoallergenic and contain natural ingredients.
Can I watch my pet while being groomed?
We want to create a calm and happy environment in our groomers and sometimes doggies may get overly excited if they can see their humans whilst getting groomed so we advise owners to entrust us and leave their doggies with us to create a positive experience where they are happy to return in due course.
My Dog is very stressed when he is getting groomed, what can you do?
At My Dogtel our grooming salon has been custom built to provide the upmost care for your doggies. With custom built tables that are bigger in both width and length than you average sized grooming table we provide a lot more comfort for your dogs. We have also built partitions between each table to provide more of a 1-1 experience. Our groomer and handlers are very knowledgeable and aim to provide a very positive experience to prevent any stress during there grooming session.
