What is a Dog assessment?
An assessment is carried out in order for us to see how your doggie socializes and interacts with others to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the other dogs within our facility. If the assessment is passed, your dog can stay with us free of charge for the rest of the day for lots of playtime at My Dogtel.
Where are you located in Dubai?
We are located in Dubai Investments Park 1. We are super easy to find but also offer a taxi service when required.
Do you split Small Dog and Large Dog?
Large, medium and small dogs are all separated to ensure doggies are mixed with dogs of their own size and temperament to ensure a happy, safe environment for everyone to have lots of fun in.
What will be the routine of the dog?
Our daily routine consists of plenty of playtime, socialization and interaction with handlers and other doggies. We have a range of toys and activities for your doggies to have fun with whilst in our care. We strive ourselves on creating a home away from home.
Dogs will also have playtime outside in our outdoor area
Do you send picture or give news when our dogs are on Boarding?
At My Dogtel Dubai, we send pictures morning, lunch time and nighttime. We also send video updates throughout their stay ensuring we keep you up to date with all the fun they are having. We send regular updates that guarantee to put your mind at rest so you can enjoy your holidays without having any extra worries knowing they are in safe hands.
What are the requirements before my dog can join dog daycare?
Requirements for joining in the fun at My Dogtel are as follows:
- Your dog must be up to date with all their vaccines including DHPPI, and Rabies.
- Your dog must be vaccinated against Kennel cough. Kennel Cough is a live vaccine so after being administered you must wait at least 5 days before your doggie can come.
- Any dogs under the age of one must have a vaccicheck – A vaccicheck is a blood test to ensure your dog has sufficient levels of a antibodies to keep them safe and healthy.
- Male doggies over the age of 2 must be neutered.
